Ramesh Kumar Sharma is among 131 writers of “ Manav moolya bodhak shabdo ka vishwakosh” edited by prof. Dharmpal Maini and published by sarup and sons, New Delhi.

Ramesh kumar sharma1 Ramesh Kumar Sharma  Leading Writer of Bikaner-Ramesh Kumar Sharma was born in Kota, Rajasthan on 21st September, 1952. His father late Shri Rama Raman Sharma was one of the founder members of Bhartiya Jan Sangh.

In 1973, he received M.Sc. degree in Chemistry from University of Rajasthan. same year his poem and article got a place in Jahnavi and Navneet respectively.

He was employed as a cashier-cum-Godownkeeper at Kota branch of State Bank of Bikaner and Jaipur.

In 1976, He changed the job and joined Sri Ram Rayons, Kota as a chemist in its Research Laboratory.

In 1978, he joined Science Education Centre, a U.G.C. Project as Fellow. The project was conducted by the Physics Department of Rajasthan University.

In 1980, he got placement as Chief Investigstor in a UNICEF Project Play Materials of Rajasthan conducted by Field Adviser’s Office, NCERT, Jaipur.

He worked as Agmark Approved Chemist from 1983 to 1992.

In 1992, he joined Tilam Sangh Rajasthan as Quality Control Chemist.

In 1999, he took voluntary retirement from Tamil Sangh Rajasthan.

Since the year 2000, He has been working as a freelance Writer.

Even during his service period he was writing on scince related issue. He wrote weekly columns “Vigyan” and “Gyan Vigyan” in Itwari Patrika and Rajasthan Patrika respectively in the period 1982-1986. Same time his book “Gaaye Nanha Vigyani”, useful for children, was published by National Publishing House, New Delhi in 1981.

Today his articles on environmental issues are regularly being published in Pravasi Today, Bhartiya Paksha, Life Positive, Eternal Solutions, Shukrawar and several food research and business magazines.

He is among 131 writers of “ Manav moolya bodhak shabdon ka vishwakosh” edited by prof. Dharmpal Maini and published by Sarup and Sons, New Delhi.

He received Bhartiya Sanskriti Sansthan Samman in 2005 and Chandra Shekhar Azad Shatabadi Samman in 2006.
